First Mission: Gathering The Pearls

Ask Nyssara for a mission.
You will have to gather 50 frozen pearls Frozen pearl.gif which are loot drop from trained crustacea gigantica.
You can quickly "skip" this part if you previously obtain those.

2. Go up the stairs through the gate of expertise for level 60 and follow the map.
