Alongside humans, monsters are also inhabitants of the Unline world.
Every creature has its own characteristics, which makes them so unique.
In the world of Unline, they can be split into different categories:
- Regular monsters: those you can find anywhere around the world.
- Bosses: those you can only fight under certain circumstances.
- Quest monsters: those you can find while doing a specific quest.
Every monster you slay can grant you experience points and resources to aid you during your journey, and facing them is beyond an invaluable reward.
Since creatures are always expanding themselves into different mutations and patterns, I will split all of their data and systems below.
Monster Data
Bestiary
Holds all data from the monsters you have slain, such as loot, experience, charms, etc.
Bosses
Stronger enemies only fought under certain conditions.
Spawns
Contains information about monster locations.
Monster Systems
Special Spawns
Uncommon spawns of enemies in a stronger version than the one slain previously.
Monster Orb
Rotating knowledge fields which can reward those able to stand on them.
Soul Progression
Event portals that trigger a few rewarding challenges.
Echo Raid
Echo portals in which a random special raid can spawn while standing on them.
"So the life started its cycle. Born, feed, grow and die. For first time everything was balanced. [...] The world was growing with life [...]
But even together, Eram and Gaia felt lonely. [...] They created a race of beings very similar to them, and called them “titans” [...]
Some were marvelous and glorious creatures, but some were hideous and destruction was in their nature [...]
