In order to face Keeper of Secrets, you must finish The Forgotten Archive Access first
1. Step on a waypoint portal.
On the top-right list, search for Aurora and then Ancient Library
2. Follow the maps below.
3. To face Keeper of Secrets, pull the lever. You can go either solo or with other 13 players.
Boss Mechanic
Sometimes (often, I'd say) the boss will spawn one of each book (Cursed Book, Burning Book, Icecold Book, Energetic Book) to join the fight.
While the boss is moving, you can deal him as much damage as you want.
When the boss teleports himself to the middle of the room, you can't damage him, otherwise he will restore his HP.
To get him out of that state, you must lure every summon to the vortex of his respective color.
Once it is done, he will move and you deal him damage.
