The Fuse/Merge function allows you to fuse two items to add a tier to them.
Requirements:
- 2 items of the same classification & tier
gold
exalted dust
exalted core (optional, but increases chance of success)
Success chance:
- 50% chance + 15% per exalted core used.
Without using convergence:
On failure, destroys one of the two items used.
With convergence:
Increases success chance to 100% and eliminates any risk of item destruction.
