Orbs are spawned automatically once a special monster is slain.
Once and orb spawns and you stand on them, you'll be able to absorb it.
The possible rewards are:
- experience points (which scales based on the monster difficulty you're hunting)
- exalted dusts (used on the exaltation forge)
- sliver (used on the exaltation forge)
