NPCs stands for Non-Playable-Characters that are in specific places throughout Unline, and they are not controlled by a real-life human being.
During your journey, you will be able to negotiate with NPC's in exchange of some items to aid you during your battles and explorations.

To make it easier to know the functionality of each shop, below there is a list of all stores you can find in any town:
