1. Get the waypoint to Nevada - Hydra's Domain
(Check here if you don't have access to this waypoint).

2. Follow the maps below to find Frenzy NPC.

3. Greet the NPC with this dialog and the requirements on your inventory to receive your outfit.

Player: hi
Mr Darkside: Be greeted, Player. I've been collecting coins... if you give me coins, I'll hook you up with an outfit!
Player: outfit
Mr Darkside: I need: 1 dracola's eye, 50 demon horns, 50 iron ores. Do you have them?
