To unlock this waypoint, you need to finish all missions from The Way To Nagas City Quest
1. Step on a waypoint portal.
On the top-right list, search for Lakeshire and then Temple - Lakeshire
2. Find the Nyssara Tidewarden NPC and step on the boat north of there.
3. Follow the maps below.
4. Step on the portal to permanently unlock the waypoint.
