To unlock this waypoint, you need to finish all missions from The Way To Nagas City Quest

1. Step on a waypoint portal.
On the top-right list, search for Aurora and then Naga's City
(Check here if you don't have access to the waypoint)

2. Follow the maps below.

3. Now, you must pull a lever to remove a gate, which is located the star marker

4. Once pulled, the gate marked on the cross marker will be removed

5. Follow the star marker after the gate, and step on the portal to permanently unlock the waypoint.
