Walkthrough

1. Get the waypoint to Roshalor - Roshalor City.

2. Follow the map to find Dalamar The Shadowseer NPC.

3. Greet the NPC with this dialog and the requirements on your inventory to receive a nightmare horn, used to tame a Shockhead.

Dalamar the Shadowseer: Looking to ride the storm? Prove you're not just another conductor.
Player: mount
Dalamar the Shadowseer: The Shock Head isn't tamed by brute force only those who master chaos may ride it.
Dalamar the Shadowseer: Collect these items: 100 draken sulphurs, 250 frazzle skin, 100 scythe legs. Do you have them?
Player: yes
