The Fuse/Merge function allows you to fuse two items to add a tier on them.

Requirements:

• 2 items of the same classification & tier
• gold
• exalted dust

Success Rate:

• without convergence: base 50% per attempt and +15% per exalted core used
• with convergence: 100% success chance

Failure:

• without convergence: destroys one of the two items
• with convergence: no destroy risk
