Forge conversion are used to convert 50 exalted dusts Exalted Dust.gif into 3 slivers Sliver.gif
You can also convert 50 slivers Sliver.gif into 1 exalted core Exalted Core.gif

The exalted dust limit a character can carry is 100, but by using dusts you can increase this limit.

You can also track down exalted creatures by using an Exalted Compass.
