The exaltation forge is a system that allows you to imbue your gear with powerful, permanent and progressive tiers.
Different than imbuements, bonuses obtained from the exaltation forge can scale and they're not time-limited.
Also different than bestiary charms, they trigger on any monster you deal damage to, so you don't need to select a specific creature.
Take this page a look if you want to check the bonuses you're able to imbue items with.
It is located north-east of Dry Creek.
