To go back to the waypoints, click here
1. Step on a waypoint portal.
On the top-right list, search for Mainland and then Aurora - Cyclops
2. You must find and pull a lever 
on the cyclops tower 
Make sure they're point to the right
It is time-limited, which means that once you pull it, you must run as fast as possible to the gate 
3. Now, follow the map and step on the portal to permanently unlock the waypoint.
